Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Wildman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions and customer information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office software
Working Conditions

This is a travel-based position, with occasional work in an office environment. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and travel by car or plane as needed.

Proof of insurance and a clean BMV record are required.
