Sales Leader

Susan Crandall's organization is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service and support.
- Research and pursue new business opportunities through business-to-business (B2B) sales and marketing efforts.
- Supervise and manage the activity and results of a small team of sales representatives.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM system.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive sales growth and team success.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- The desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.

We are a 120-year-old industry leader with a passion for helping people and developing relationships. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly.
