Sales Leader

Susan Crandall is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team. With 120 years of industry leadership, we are committed to excellence and innovation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our process, develop relationships, and lead a small team to drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will become an expert in training and developing team members, and will have the opportunity to advance to the Agency Director role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to service existing clients and acquire new business opportunities.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
