About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive Google Cloud business relationships with public sector partners. As a Partner Development Manager, you'll analyze partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with the right Google partners for each opportunity, suggesting partner-sourced agreements.
  • Set partner business insights for the Sales team, aligning with industry and workload requirements to drive demand generation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to discuss joint plans with partners, committing resources to product business and implementation.
  • Report on partner business activity, working closely with Sales and Partner Management teams to optimize efforts and ensure alignment.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Channel Sales/Partner-oriented roles, with a focus on SaaS and cloud computing solutions.
  • Experience in direct selling or channel sales in the US Public Sector vertical.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and experience with Public Sector partner ecosystems.

As a Partner Development Manager at Google, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary range of $138,000-$207,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our teams work with schools, cities, and states to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative.
