Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of middle market accounts totaling $1.1M in annual revenue.
This role involves managing a diverse book of business, including clients in retail, manufacturing, and property related. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent client service, handling renewals, and supporting the growth and retention of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of middle market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their insurance and risk management needs
- Handle all day-to-day servicing, including endorsements, claims, and certificates of insurance
- Lead the renewal process from gathering client information to preparing proposals and binding coverage
- Collaborate with Producers to identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and cross-selling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client data, documentation, and service requests
- Ensure timely responses to client inquiries, resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Attend virtual meetings and contribute to overall sales strategies and team objectives
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial lines account management
- Experience managing a book of middle market accounts, including retail, manufacturing, and property
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
