Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences and drive business results.
  • Analyze market trends and provide expert advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Manage client portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely renewal processes, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate insurance brokerage.
  • Strong understanding of business development, relationship management, and client service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Broker's license required, with the ability to obtain applicable insurance licenses within 90 days of hire.

  • Competitive salary range of $86,250 - $143,750, dependent on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for an incentive program, with a target equivalent to 8% of salary annually, based on individual and company performance.
