Senior Commercial Insurance Client Manager

The Senior Commercial Insurance Client Manager- Large Accounts for a national insurance broker's California operations plays a pivotal role in supporting client administration, marketing, and retention of large, complex, and active accounts. This position is part of the real estate division, with a preference for specific work with real estate but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and addressing client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and endorsements.
- Identify key client needs and cross-selling opportunities, effectively communicating these needs to the sales team.
- Coordinate the renewal process for client accounts, including information gathering, rate negotiations, proposal writing, and client communications.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, with a focus on account management. Proficiency in coverages such as general liability, property, auto, and workers' compensation is essential. The ability to manage large accounts with revenue exceeding $100k is a must.
- Experience in handling tactical, client-facing work to support a book of business, including renewal meetings, coverage reviews, marketing, and claims assistance, as well as service administration tasks like billing, certificates, binders, and more.
- An active state insurance license is required.
Work Environment:
This is a 100% remote position, requiring the ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours and travel to Northern CA as needed throughout the year.
