Operations and Supply Chain
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Support Account Manager to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our Operations and Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our external Reseller Partners and working closely with internal teams to drive business growth and optimize inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze demand and backlog data to drive POS in stock and maximize revenue/sell-thru.
- Develop supply and demand forecasts for selected products and ensure sufficient backlogs and credits to support sell-in forecasts.
- Work with functional leaders to understand account business problems and processes and drive solutions.
- Build and review weekly allocation plans and ensure supply visibility plans are communicated to partners in a timely manner.
- Remain knowledgeable of Resellers' performance requirements, product lines, and service offerings.
- Strengthen business relationships with customers, end-users, external partners, sales, and internal partners.
- Propose supply and availability for Apple's reseller partners.
- Drive and participate in New Product Introduction engagement with resellers.
- Drive optimal POS in-stock inventory.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of planning experience in Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or Retail industry required.
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced level of Excel and data analysis skills.
- Ability to toggle between strategic and detail-oriented thinking.
- Ability to influence across multi-functional teams and work in a matrixed environment.
- Capacity to thrive in an environment where accountability without control is prevalent.
- Enthusiasm for working through ambiguity.
- Strong work ethics, perseverance, and flexibility.
