Role Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role within the OCO Marketing team, tasked with supporting the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies tailored for key market segments. These segments encompass various customer groups and applications.

This individual will work collaboratively with a diverse team to enhance brand visibility, foster customer loyalty, and drive revenue growth.

The position involves partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including Product Line Managers, Market Development, Sales, and marketing agencies, to define and execute data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Development
    • Assist in the creation and execution of Integrated Marketing Plans (IMPs) aimed at nurturing strategic relationships with key accounts, employing an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach for retention and growth.
    • Design and implement strategic campaigns for customer engagement events and digital lead generation.
    • Facilitate the conversion of leads into viable business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Market Development teams to identify and capitalize on potential growth opportunities.
    • Coordinate initiatives to enhance brand recognition and drive revenue growth.
    • Lead project management for all marketing campaigns and content development, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
  • Act as the Segment Marketing Authority
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of the market segment and its applications.
    • Establish expertise through collaboration with industry peers.
    • Exhibit leadership in project management, becoming a subject matter expert within the organization.
    • Support the communication strategy for the segment through specialized media channels.
    • Engage with sales teams to equip them with the necessary tools to effectively communicate value propositions.
    • Oversee all aspects of product launches and marketing strategy execution in partnership with Product Line Managers.
    • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to support lead generation and product commercialization.
  • Provide Marketing Expertise
    • Articulate value propositions and craft audience-specific messaging for targeted markets.
    • Create compelling content that guides customers through the buying journey.

Performance Indicators:

  • Project Management: Effectively coordinate and deliver projects within established timelines and budgets.
  • Revenue Growth for Segments
    • Track the number of new prospects and qualified leads.
    • Monitor the marketing opportunity pipeline.
    • Assess marketing-influenced revenue from converted opportunities.
  • Engagement Metrics: Key account interaction and web/social media engagement.
  • Process Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Marketing within the Telecommunications or similar sectors.
