Position Overview

The Senior Coordinator - Performance Marketing will oversee the daily execution of all paid media initiatives, from campaign launch to performance evaluation. This role is crucial in collaborating with various teams to enhance key performance indicators, implement creative partnership strategies, generate leads, manage media relationships, and optimize budget allocations. As AEG continues to evolve, this pivotal position will play a significant role in refining performance marketing strategies and driving revenue through new projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planning, execution, and management of all paid media activities, providing essential support to the Digital Marketing team.
  • Implement all facets of campaign execution, including keyword analysis, ad copy creation, creative brainstorming, and performance tracking across various platforms.
  • Oversee the campaign workflow with media partners to ensure timely launches and collaborate on testing new strategies.
  • Manage all marketing initiatives and coordinate creative assets to guarantee timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Assist in identifying and selecting new media partners, participating in onboarding processes, and maintaining a comprehensive vendor directory.
  • Develop and implement advertising/media strategies to support revenue-generating marketing campaigns, partnership initiatives, community outreach, and other organizational goals.
  • Create engaging advertising briefs in collaboration with the creative services team to drive impactful campaigns.
  • Work with the Digital Insights team to produce regular reports on campaign, vendor, and channel performance.
  • Continuously propose innovative ideas, testing opportunities, and potential new media outlets to the marketing team.
  • Research and analyze audience segments and media behaviors relevant to AEG's various entities.
  • Foster positive relationships within the team, the broader digital marketing department, and the vendor community.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in executing successful, data-driven paid media campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in setting up campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by events.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
