Position Overview

The Senior Coordinator - Performance Marketing will oversee the daily execution of all paid media initiatives, from campaign launch to performance evaluation. This role will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance key performance indicators, implement innovative partnership strategies, generate leads, manage media relationships, and optimize budget allocations. As AEG continues to evolve, this pivotal position will contribute to enhancing performance marketing strategies and driving revenue growth across new projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of all paid media campaigns, providing essential support to the Digital Marketing team.
  • Implement all facets of campaign execution, including keyword analysis, ad copy creation, creative brainstorming, and performance tracking across various platforms.
  • Coordinate with media vendors to ensure timely campaign launches and collaborate on testing new strategies.
  • Manage all marketing initiatives and ensure timely delivery of creative assets according to specifications.
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new media partners, maintaining a comprehensive directory of current and potential vendors.
  • Develop and implement advertising/media strategies to support revenue-generating marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives.
  • Create engaging advertising materials in collaboration with the creative services team to drive revenue-focused campaigns.
  • Work with the Digital Insights team to produce regular reports on campaign performance and vendor effectiveness.
  • Continuously introduce new ideas and testing opportunities to the marketing team.
  • Research and analyze audience segments and media behaviors relevant to AEG's initiatives.
  • Foster positive relationships within the team and across the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in executing successful, data-driven paid media campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in setting up campaigns across various advertising platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
