Position Summary: We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Principal Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry to enhance our portfolio in radioligand therapy (RLT) and ADC programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Medicinal Chemistry and a proven history of successfully leading research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership in Research: Direct the Medicinal Chemistry efforts for a RLT or ADC discovery program.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of medicinal chemistry to design and refine small molecules for RLT and linker-payloads for ADCs.
  • Innovative Development: Foster innovation in the creation and synthesis of novel ADC payloads, linker technologies, and ligands for RLT to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including biology, pharmacology, and ADME/PK, to ensure effective integration and communication throughout the research and development phases.
  • Research Contributions: Play a vital role in the advancement of intellectual property through patent applications and contributions to scientific literature.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic or Medicinal Chemistry with at least eight years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing small molecule targeted radioligand therapies and/or linker-payloads for ADC candidates.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of scientists.
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex scientific challenges and make informed decisions.

  • A track record of impactful publications, patents, and contributions to the scientific community.
