The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned analytics professional to lead complex data exploration and analytics projects. As a Data Scientist, Lead, you will guide clients and stakeholders in making sense of their data and driving actionable results. Your deep data science and machine learning expertise will be instrumental in introducing innovative methodologies to make a real-world impact on fraud and risk detection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead data science teams and provide technical direction
  • Develop analytic solutions to new client business problems
  • Work with poorly documented datasets to produce analytic results
  • Experience with supervised modeling and the full life cycle of machine learning development and deployment
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in data science or program data analytics
  • Experience with SQL and either Python or R
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
  • 2+ years of experience with supervised modeling
  • Experience developing predictive models around fraud, risk, or rare events
  • Experience with client-facing project work
  • Experience in business development
  • Knowledge of cloud AI environments
