Job Title: Scientist I

BryceTech is seeking a highly skilled Scientist I to support a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $21B in portfolio value. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing systems engineering and technical assistance to IBMSC in the establishment and implementation of a robust R&D program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical advice in the development of the environmental landscape analysis of current industry capacities.
  • Support the development of product domain requirements based on existing government threat assessments and commercial and government product delivery needs.
  • Lead communication and outreach to the research and development community.
  • Support efforts in stakeholder engagement and environmental landscape analysis.
  • Communicate key data and conclusions to the BryceTech team on the project as required to support key reports, studies, and decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific field such as life science, biology, chemistry, etc.
  • 9+ years of relevant experience in a scientific field including, but not limited to biology, chemistry, data science.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Computer Modeling, and Digital Applications.
  • Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement, with a focus on optimizing workflow, processes, and driving results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
