Job Summary
Vanguard-IP is seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property Attorney with expertise in Chemistry to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to medical devices, mechanical, and basic electrical technology.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of patent laws and regulations
• Draft and prosecute patent applications for medical devices, mechanical, and basic electrical technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement patent strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in patent law and technology
• Provide expert advice on patent-related matters to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Patent bar membership
• Background in Chemistry or a related field
• Experience with drafting and prosecuting patent applications for medical devices, mechanical, and basic electrical technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
