Key Responsibilities:

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist Lead, you will be responsible for promoting professionalism and interacting with colleagues in a way that promotes a cooperative working environment. You will also be responsible for displaying technical expertise necessary to ensure timely and accurate results of laboratory procedures.

Key Qualifications:

A baccalaureate degree or associates degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or a chemical, physical, or biological science is required. Current knowledge of clinical laboratory techniques and principles is also necessary. ASCP or equivalent certification within a specific area is required, and certification must be maintained without lapse during employment.
