About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care Physician to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare. As a Palliative Care Physician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with serious illnesses.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive palliative care services to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Board eligible or board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
  • Extensive palliative care experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
