Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel to our leadership and Board of Directors on various legal matters.
  • Lead the Risk Management department, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, insurance programs, and resolving disputes.
  • Draft and negotiate agreements for business transactions, joint ventures, and relationships with physicians.
  • Develop and lead legal strategies to promote and protect the company's interests.
  • Prepare and present reports, recommendations, policies, and procedures to stakeholders.
  • Apply effective risk management techniques and provide proactive advice on potential legal issues.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of legal experience, including substantial experience in healthcare law, contracts, non-profit organizations, and commercial transactions
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • License to practice law in the state of Arizona
