Strategic Giving Manager

Leverage your expertise to drive growth and manage our planned giving program, a critical component of our fundraising strategy. Collaborate with the Vice President of Development Marketing and Engagement to scale up our Legacy Society and reach revenue goals that benefit both LCV and its sister organization, LCV Education Fund.
In this role, you will develop and implement a model for a successful planned giving program, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organizations and supporting future programs and initiatives. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Unified Fundraising to integrate our planned giving program with those of state affiliates across the Conservation Voter Movement (CVM).
As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of current and prospective planned giving donors, providing personalized stewardship throughout the year. You will also contribute to developing a pilot program to integrate our planned giving efforts with those of major gifts team.
To succeed in this position, you should have a proven track record of growing and managing planned giving programs. You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of our organizations' mission, vision, and values.
