This is a critical role in driving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic sales plans, pursuing key accounts, and cultivating enduring customer relationships. You will be responsible for:

  • Executing strategic sales plans to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
  • Pursuing key accounts and converting initial calls into successful second meetings
  • Managing multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
  • Cultivating and strengthening enduring customer relationships
  • Closing deals with new clients to expand our customer portfolio
">Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field
  • Consistently achieved or surpassed targets in a customer-facing position within high-growth companies, closing deal sizes over $250,000 ACV for 3-5+ years
  • Experience in or around the event ticketing industry (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with a proactive problem-solving approach
