About PERSUIT

PERSUIT is a leading provider of innovative solutions for corporate law departments. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with our most strategic clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a small book of business with our most strategic clients
  • Lead client training and provide strategic consultation to corporate law department leaders around best practice RFP and AFA strategies
  • Ensure users are fully utilizing our platform to drive customer value
  • Provide technical support to our clients and partner law firms
  • Create, update and maintain online training materials
  • Assist with new client onboarding- set up new PERSUITers for success
  • Collaborate across teams, providing strategic direction and input
  • Implement new strategic initiatives, driving our clients' success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years of Enterprise SaaS Customer Success experience
  • Demonstrated success managing top strategic accounts within Fortune 100 accounts
  • Strong understanding of the client lifecycle, ability to navigate complex organizations and interact with both Executives and end users
  • Knowledge of the legal pricing, law firm RFP process, and/or corporate legal departments is a bonus
  • You're both a strong writer and public speaker, and are great at communicating complex messages in simple ways
  • You strive for excellence and have a track record of overperformance to match
  • You're comfortable in a fast-paced, high energy environment
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to client meetings, conferences and events, and internal meetings

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

This role will be fully remote, with a strong preference for someone based in either the Central or Mountain time zone for client coverage.
