Position Summary:

The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall brand performance of Luxor, which encompasses the Luxor, Kwikboost, Stand Steady, SideTrak, and Stand-Up Desk product lines. This individual will spearhead brand strategies, reseller initiatives, and marketing efforts aimed at achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand marketing, revenue, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to define strategic goals and execute comprehensive marketing plans across all channels.
  • Transform brand strategies into actionable plans, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term objectives.
  • Lead the ongoing development of the brand narrative and guidelines to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing efforts.
  • Identify target industries, audiences, and market channels for brand growth.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of brand assets from inception to execution.
  • Manage all key brand touchpoints, including websites, email campaigns, product launches, and sales materials.
  • Conduct marketing tests and optimize campaigns across various media platforms.
  • Provide innovative ideas to boost revenue and improve brand health.
  • Analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Deliver clear project briefs to internal teams.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and contractors.

Reseller Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for reseller partnerships.
  • Enhance brand awareness among reseller clients to drive business growth.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for reseller marketing, leveraging insights to shape strategies and event participation.
  • Coordinate with product managers to create launch timelines and sales enablement tools.
  • Utilize market insights to validate concepts that align with customer needs and drive growth.
  • Work with marketing operations to track and report on brand performance metrics.

Management Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide team members, providing training and support to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure responsiveness and accountability among team members regarding inquiries and service expectations.
  • Set clear priorities and performance metrics for direct reports.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to ensure team members meet organizational standards.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for team objectives.
  • Communicate revenue targets and ensure alignment across all channels.
  • Identify operational improvements to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2C, reseller, or multi-channel marketing and branding.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • A college degree is required.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.

Work Environment:

  • Standard office conditions with a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to lift products and set up displays for events.
