Position Summary:

The Brand Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall performance and visibility of the Luxor brand, which encompasses the Luxor, Kwikboost, Stand Steady, SideTrak, and Stand-Up Desk product lines. This position is responsible for spearheading brand strategy, execution, and marketing initiatives that align with our key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to define strategic goals and execute comprehensive marketing plans across various channels.
  • Transform brand strategies into actionable plans, covering monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term objectives.
  • Lead the ongoing development of brand narratives and guidelines to enhance brand recognition.

  • Oversee the production and delivery of brand materials from inception to execution.

Reseller Marketing:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on reseller markets and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and event participation.
  • Collaborate with product managers to create launch timelines and sales enablement tools.
  • Utilize market insights to validate and optimize growth strategies.
  • Work with marketing operations to track brand performance metrics and report results to the team.

Management Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor team members, providing training and support to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure team responsiveness to inquiries and uphold service standards.

Technical Skills:
