Position Summary:
The Brand Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall performance and visibility of the Luxor brand, which encompasses the Luxor, Kwikboost, Stand Steady, SideTrak, and Stand-Up Desk product lines. This position is responsible for spearheading brand strategy, execution, and marketing initiatives that align with our key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to define strategic goals and execute comprehensive marketing plans across various channels.
- Transform brand strategies into actionable plans, covering monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term objectives.
- Lead the ongoing development of brand narratives and guidelines to enhance brand recognition.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing initiatives.
- Identify target industries, audiences, and distribution channels to maximize market reach.
- Oversee the production and delivery of brand materials from inception to execution.
- Manage key brand touchpoints, including websites, email campaigns, product launches, and public relations efforts.
- Conduct marketing tests and optimize strategies across digital and traditional media.
- Generate innovative brand concepts that drive revenue growth and improve brand equity.
- Analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements.
- Provide clear project briefs and scopes to internal teams.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and contractors.
Reseller Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for reseller partners to support sales initiatives.
- Enhance brand visibility among reseller customers to drive growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert on reseller markets and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and event participation.
- Collaborate with product managers to create launch timelines and sales enablement tools.
- Utilize market insights to validate and optimize growth strategies.
- Work with marketing operations to track brand performance metrics and report results to the team.
Management Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor team members, providing training and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure team responsiveness to inquiries and uphold service standards.
- Set clear priorities and expectations for team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations to ensure alignment with company standards and recognize high performers.
- Establish KPIs and goals for team members.
- Communicate revenue targets and ensure collective achievement across channels.

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2C, reseller, or multi-channel marketing and branding.

- Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
Work Environment:
- Standard office conditions with a hybrid work schedule.
