Position Summary:

The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall performance and visibility of the Luxor brand. This position involves spearheading brand strategies, reseller initiatives, and comprehensive marketing efforts aimed at achieving key performance indicators related to revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic goals and execute a comprehensive marketing mix for the brand.
  • Transform brand strategies into actionable plans, covering short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Lead the development of the brand narrative and guidelines to boost brand recognition.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Identify target industries and audiences to optimize market penetration.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of brand assets from inception to execution.
  • Manage all brand touchpoints, including websites, email campaigns, product launches, and public relations efforts.
  • Conduct marketing tests and optimize strategies across various media platforms.
  • Generate innovative brand concepts to enhance revenue and brand health.
  • Analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvements.
  • Provide clear project briefs and scope to internal teams.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and contractors.

Reseller Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy tailored for Reseller partners.
  • Enhance brand awareness among Reseller customers to drive growth.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Reseller segment, utilizing insights to shape marketing strategies and event participation.
  • Collaborate with product teams to create launch timelines and sales enablement tools.
  • Leverage competitive and consumer insights to validate and refine marketing concepts.
  • Work with marketing operations to track brand performance metrics and report findings.

Management Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure responsiveness and accountability among direct reports.
  • Set clear priorities and performance expectations for the team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to support employee development and recognition of high achievers.
  • Establish key performance indicators and goals for team members.
  • Communicate revenue objectives and ensure alignment across all channels.
  • Identify operational solutions to meet financial targets.
  • Advocate for necessary resources to support revenue growth and profitability goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role focused on B2C, reseller, or multi-channel marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.

Work Environment:

  • Standard office conditions with a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to lift products and set up displays for events.
