Position Summary:

The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall brand presence and performance of Luxor, which encompasses the Luxor, Kwikboost, Stand Steady, SideTrak, and Stand-Up Desk product lines. This position is responsible for guiding brand strategies, reseller initiatives, and marketing efforts aimed at achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to define strategic goals and oversee the comprehensive marketing mix for the brand.
  • Transform brand strategies into actionable plans, covering monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term objectives.
  • Lead the ongoing refinement of the brand narrative and guidelines to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Identify target industries, audiences, and market channels for growth opportunities.
  • Manage the production and distribution of brand assets from inception to execution.
  • Support the management of key brand touchpoints, including websites, email campaigns, product launches, and sales materials.
  • Conduct marketing tests and optimizations across various media platforms.
  • Provide innovative ideas to boost revenue and improve brand health.
  • Analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Deliver clear project briefs to cross-functional teams.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and contractors.

Reseller Marketing Focus:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for reseller partnerships.
  • Enhance brand recognition among reseller clients to drive growth.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for reseller markets, providing insights to shape marketing strategies and event participation.
  • Collaborate with product managers to create launch timelines and sales enablement resources.
  • Utilize market insights to validate and optimize growth strategies.
  • Work with marketing operations to track and report on brand performance metrics.

Management Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure responsiveness and accountability among direct reports.
  • Set clear priorities and performance expectations for the team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to recognize achievements and identify areas for growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members.
  • Communicate revenue targets and ensure alignment across channels.
  • Provide resources and support to enable team success.
  • Propose solutions to meet financial objectives.
  • Build a business case for additional resources as needed to drive growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior leadership with various tasks as required.
  • Source freelance support when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar marketing role, particularly in B2C or multi-channel environments.
  • Experience managing teams is highly preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in B2B marketing, branding, and project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.

Work Environment:
