Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Development Designer to join our Global Product Development and Creative team at 24 Seven Talent. In this role, you will spearhead creative direction and drive innovation in food and beverage, beauty, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) categories.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Development & Creative team on all consumer product initiatives across the Global region.
  • Lead creative development and execution for Entertainment Streamer properties within food and beverage, beauty, or CPG categories.
  • Design mood boards, product mock-ups, style guide assets, and other materials to guide the creative direction of new products.
  • Pitch new product ideas to internal teams and licensees, presenting concepts and strategies clearly and compellingly using PowerPoint.
  • Manage relationships with licensees, ensuring that product innovations align with brand vision and maintaining design integrity throughout the development process.
  • Oversee the product approval process, managing approvals through the internal system efficiently.
  • Build and nurture strong connections with cross-functional teams, including Licensing, Merchandise Strategy & Development, and Retail Marketing, to support the brand's vision.
  • Present innovative product ideas to leadership and key stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive forward creative strategies.
  • Stay current with trends in food and beverage, beauty, and CPG sectors to inform new product innovations and maintain competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of creative design experience, preferably within food and beverage, beauty, or CPG industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and push creative boundaries.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and the ability to leverage this knowledge to direct brand vision and develop compelling products.
  • Proven success in new product innovation and development.
  • Strong skills in pitching ideas to internal teams and external licensees, with experience managing licensee relationships.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to leadership using PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in art direction with contractors, agencies, and licensees.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong memo writing and pitching abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in design and mockup rendering.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required.

Additional Notes

  • Experience with food mock-ups, packaging, or product innovation is highly desirable.
  • The role requires onsite presence 3 days a week (Monday & Friday remote).
  • Will involve handling external relationships with licensed brands and managing some cross-functional partnerships.
  • Developing and presenting decks based on production needs for pitches (more plug & play designs).
