Hotel Guest Experience Associate

About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch guest service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional stay with us.
Responsibilities- Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Secure payment; verify and adjust billing.
- Activate and file room keys.
- Process all guest requests and relay messages.
- Print contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of emergency.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
