Hotel Hospitality Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly first impression.
- Execute the registration and checkout process at the front desk, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Accept payment for guests' accounts, manage cash transactions, and balance the cash drawer.
- Acknowledge rewards members and returning guests, offering personalized service and building loyalty.
- Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and inform guests about ways to enhance their stay.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, review daily arrival reports, and ensure VIPs and special requests are met.
- Attend scheduled training sessions, departmental meetings, and hotel events to stay informed and engaged.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred, particularly in front desk or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and electronic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership capabilities.
- Detailed-oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, PBX, Key system, and POS.
