About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director to lead our Enterprise Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with sales force automation tools and technologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial management.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
