Job Summary

VetJobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales and Operations to lead our sales and operations teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales and operations teams, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales and operational performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and operations leadership roles, preferably in the building materials industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders
