Position Overview
This role is a full-time opportunity that operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The position allows for a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence on designated days.

Brand Strategy Management
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's brand identity, strategic initiatives, and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in the planning and analysis of global brand campaigns.
  • Create, implement, and oversee promotional materials for the brand and its affiliates.
  • Collaborate with digital, content, and creative teams to establish channel strategies and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance on messaging and creative direction for marketing communications.
  • Manage timelines and processes for new creative projects, ensuring thorough internal reviews.
  • Conduct campaign evaluations and quarterly performance reports, analyzing key metrics.
  • Oversee the management of digital platforms for branded materials.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards across all platforms.
  • Support affiliate brands with communication and branding efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Act as a brand representative at various events.

Marketing for Clinics and Physicians
  • Serve as a strategic partner for clinic operations, delivering effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate the intake of new marketing requests and collaborate with teams to initiate projects.
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies for specific service lines and specialties, leading campaigns to enhance visibility and growth.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives for new physician onboarding.
  • Assist with clinic marketing requests and special projects.
  • Maintain open communication between the marketing team and operational partners.

Project Coordination
  • Lead the coordination and management of client projects, strategic initiatives, and events.
  • Manage marketing budgets and assist with financial processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.

Skills and Competencies
  • Proven experience in marketing, project management, and brand management.
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing programs targeting diverse audiences.
  • Ability to influence and establish credibility with leadership regarding marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with experience leading teams and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
