The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Business knowledge, including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Pay Transparency

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
