Job Summary:

  • We are actively seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in SAP BPC and ERP implementation.
  • Act as a vital team member responsible for supporting a self-organizing and self-managing team in achieving daily, iteration, and release objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing internal team processes and foster a collaborative environment within the Agile project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill established Sprint and Release goals by addressing impediments, facilitating Agile processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Organize and lead Agile process events, including planning sessions, demonstrations, and collaborative design meetings. Utilize Agile estimation techniques to assist the team in estimating features, epics, and user stories.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings, planning, and review sessions, prioritize tasks, and resolve roadblocks.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and external stakeholders, as well as the product development team, to ensure customer requirements are met throughout the development cycle.
  • Develop product roadmaps and participate in Integrated Release Planning. Review and assess the work completed by the development team to ensure alignment with project scope.
  • Identify use cases suitable for automated regression testing.
  • Lead product demonstrations for the Product Owner and stakeholders.
  • Create a product backlog that delivers business value to customers. Experience in conducting backlog refinement sessions with stakeholders and the Product Owner to gather and validate business requirements.
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with a master's degree and relevant industry certifications; or a bachelor's degree with 12+ years of pertinent experience.
  • Proven IT professional with experience leading large-scale projects and contributing to essential functions.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends is essential.
  • The program encourages innovation and seeks individuals who can offer creative solutions to complex technical and procedural challenges.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and technical specifications. Strengthen solutions, ensure adherence to best practices, provide guidance to teams, and mentor experienced staff to enhance their professional expertise.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert, sought after by team members for advice, peer reviews, or contributions to knowledge products.
  • Experience in decomposing large business needs into multiple layers of requirements/user stories.
  • Experience coaching development teams to understand the business value and mission of the supported product.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and estimation techniques.
  • Experience in analyzing data and data relationships across various business areas.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, configuration management, quality assurance, and release management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence). Certification as a Product Owner or a background in software development is a plus.
