Job Summary

The Department of General Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Building Manager III to oversee the daily operations of the Bateson building. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of facilities management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise a large staff engaged in custodial operations and maintenance services for a 500,000 sq/ft building.
  • Manage customer service and operational budget for the Bateson building.
  • Plan and assign work of subordinate staff, and develop an overall master maintenance schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with Facilities Management Division (FMD) policies and procedures.
