Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Business Service Officer II (Supervisory), the Office Services Supervisor (OSS) III is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Records Imaging Services (RIS) team within the Operational Resources Unit (ORU). This role involves performing a wide range of specialized functions, including Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the RIS team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and support.
  • Providing guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance to identify areas for improvement.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
