Job Overview

We are in search of a **Senior IT Project Coordinator** to oversee and facilitate technology and product development initiatives within the realms of Architecture, Development, and Infrastructure. This pivotal position involves managing projects that focus on enhancing product features, improving system resilience, and developing new product functionalities. The role also includes collaboration with key internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple IT, business application, operations, and development projects concurrently.
  • Exhibit strong leadership capabilities to drive issue resolution effectively.
  • Influence and guide project outcomes without formal authority.
  • Document, track, and report on project status, activities, resources, and progress with precision.
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including senior management.
  • Self-manage projects to ensure timely completion within established delivery timelines.
  • Utilize excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS) or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience; PMP certification is preferred.
  • Extensive experience with JIRA and Confluence; advanced JIRA skills are highly preferred.
  • LEAN or Six Sigma certification is a significant advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Scrum methodologies.
  • CSM or similar certification is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of project management and Scrum best practices.
  • Experience managing multiple interdependent projects or work streams.
  • Background in SDLC with experience in complex multi-system projects.
  • Familiarity with various project methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban).

  • Manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Monitor and report on critical project milestones, identifying solutions for project blockers and scheduling conflicts.

This position requires a Project Manager with a solid background in managing large-scale application development projects. Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential, along with substantial experience in JIRA. PMP and CSM certifications are preferred, and familiarity with LEAN/Six Sigma principles is highly valued. Candidates should have a robust understanding of software development projects and ideally some exposure to infrastructure projects.
