Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction from initiation to closure. Your role will primarily involve effective communication with all project stakeholders.

You will be accountable for:

  • Managing project functions across client sites, including budgets and scopes.
  • Providing leadership and direction to both internal and external teams.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and expectation management.

Daily Activities:

Your typical day will involve:

  • Coordinating project communications and schedules.
  • Managing deliverables and ensuring project completion aligns with client expectations.
  • Conducting field verifications and documenting site issues.
  • Facilitating design reviews and coordinating system programming.

Physical Demands:

This role may require exposure to construction environments, necessitating compliance with safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment. The position involves physical activity, including standing, climbing, and lifting materials up to 20 pounds.

Travel Requirements:

Frequent local travel to client sites is expected, with occasional longer trips. A valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic security systems.

Preferred:

  • Experience in project management within commercial construction.
  • Certifications such as Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM).
  • Familiarity with Lenel, Genetec, and Avigilon systems.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. PMP certification is preferred.
