- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Mentor project teams to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Oversee project scope, resources, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic guidance to achieve project goals and profitability.
- Facilitate RFPs and RFIs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of five years as a Senior Project Manager in Commercial Construction with expertise in estimating projects of varying scales.
- Strong skills in project breakdowns for complex bids and adept at handling Time and Material estimating in real-time as needed.
- Experience in both commercial and residential construction, with a background in facilities maintenance and property management, including tenant improvements, is highly valued.
- Extensive experience in Commercial Construction is required; Residential experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project & Scheduling, AIA Construction Documents, G702 & G703 Pay Applications, BlueBeam, and SketchUp software.
- Thorough understanding of reading and interpreting specifications and drawings, along with a solid grasp of construction means and methods.
- Proficient in reviewing architectural plans.
- Experience with buyouts of subcontractor contracts.
- OSHA Certification is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Procore is valued.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
