Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. Your role will involve extensive communication with all project stakeholders.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing project communications, scheduling, and deliverables.
  • Overseeing project management functions across various client site projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and expectation management.
  • Coordinating project activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Providing leadership and support to team members to facilitate project success.

Physical Requirements:

This role may involve exposure to construction environments. Candidates should be prepared to comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment as necessary. Physical demands may include standing for extended periods, climbing, and lifting materials.

Travel Requirements:

Frequent local travel to client sites is expected, along with occasional travel by air. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic security systems.

Preferred:

  • Experience in project management within commercial construction.
  • Certifications such as Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) and knowledge of industry-standard systems.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. PMP certification is preferred.
