Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver engaging sales training programs for our field sales team, leveraging adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to align training with product offerings and business objectives.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, that meet the needs of our diverse sales team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional sales experience, with 3 years in diabetes medical devices preferred.
  • Proven experience in delivering sales training initiatives, with at least 1 year in a training role.
  • Familiarity with adult learning and instructional design principles.
  • Ability to travel at least 80% within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, and managed care.
  • Proficiency in creating training programs in virtual and blended learning formats.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail in developing training content.
  • Experience with CRM programs and MS Office Suite.
