Territory Account Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned Territory Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and generating new distribution channels within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted growth plans and expand the distribution network.
  • Manage product margin targets and promote new product offerings to the marketplace.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, providing training and support on products, programs, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct product knowledge meetings, product safety seminars, and product demonstrations to end-users.
  • Organize and attend trade shows to showcase products and build brand awareness.
  • Utilize sales tools and analytics to increase product sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with distribution representatives to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, product plans, and business reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and identify growth opportunities within the territory.
  • Work closely with manufacturer representatives to drive sales and product adoption.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales and/or industry experience across multi-channels, including welding, safety, construction, industrial, STAFDA, and rental.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and end-users.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
