Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out processes
- Supporting students with professional guest interactions and retention strategies
- Providing expert retail recommendations and facilitating purchases
- Performing Aveda Rituals of Renewal to enhance the guest experience
- Reserving and confirming guest appointments with precision and attention to detail
