Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Admissions Coordinator. As a key member of our enrollment team, you will play a critical role in guiding prospective students through the school tour, enrollment, and student orientation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct engaging and dynamic Career Planning Sessions for prospective students, including a campus tour and thorough review of program-specific information, fees, class dates, and admissions process and requirements.
  • Determine acceptance for prospective students and work closely with the campus start team to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
  • Develop and implement regular follow-up plans to engage prospects and enrolled students, utilizing a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and system text messaging.
  • Schedule and conduct enrollment agreement signings, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Recruitment Database, providing valuable insights to inform our enrollment strategies.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm, with one day shifted to 10am - 6pm or 11am - 7pm.
  • Strong sales background and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Engaging, friendly, and personable demeanor, with a passion for building relationships and supporting others.
