Position Overview:

At Frank, Rimerman, our Recruitment Team is a dynamic group of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on our Firm. We take pride in our collaborative spirit and the high-quality work we produce. We are looking for a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment initiatives beyond California as we broaden our office locations across the Western United States. In this role, you will enhance campus engagement with both students and faculty, thereby expanding our brand's reach and influence over time.

Within your designated region, you will act as the primary liaison for 4-5 key universities, overseeing and coordinating the Firm's involvement in career fairs, club presentations, faculty meetings, and other campus activities. You are expected to visit each core university at least five times during the academic year. Additionally, you will manage efforts at 4-5 secondary universities, where you will not attend in person but will facilitate the participation of Firm representatives. Your involvement in select early identification hiring programs will further enhance student engagement.

As our Firm continues to grow, we will seek to extend our recruiting efforts to new campuses. Our Campus Talent Acquisition Specialists play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating the best opportunities to enhance our presence. They are also vital in staying informed about college recruiting trends in accounting and other business disciplines. Your insights and experiences will help shape the Firm's university recruiting strategy at various levels. You will receive guidance from our University Recruiting Manager and Director, along with support from coordinators who ensure we deliver quality candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, attend, and lead various on-campus events in collaboration with our professionals to enhance recruiting presence and impact.
  • Build relationships with faculty and student organizations to elevate Frank, Rimerman brand recognition.
  • Strategically position the Firm and plan for successful, well-timed recruiting seasons.
  • Engage candidates positively as an initial point of contact, generating interest in our Firm and opportunities.
  • Review resumes, cover letters, and transcripts to assess candidate eligibility.
  • Conduct initial interviews and Firm introduction calls.
  • Prepare and extend university recruiting offer letters; manage candidate offer statuses and rosters.
  • Serve as a resource and cultivate professional relationships with incoming hires to maintain engagement leading up to start dates.
  • Develop strong internal connections to stay informed about Firm developments and opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and executing select early identification events and/or hiring programs.
  • Provide support and mentorship to our emerging coordinators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience. Preferred fields of study include: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications.
  • 1-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in business/accounting and/or at the university level.
  • Resides in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
  • Willingness to travel domestically on a regular basis.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $93,000 annually. Please note this position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for overtime, which will be compensated in addition to the stated base salary range.
