Role Summary
The ideal candidate will serve as a pivotal leader within our organization, driving client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the financial well-being of our clients, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions regarding their wealth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, guiding them through the complexities of financial planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and implement comprehensive financial strategies.
  • Lead the development of client proposals and conduct in-depth financial reviews.
  • Facilitate client meetings, presenting financial models and discussing advanced planning topics.
  • Utilize client relationship management tools to document interactions and manage follow-ups effectively.
  • Support the financial planning team with cash flow analysis and modeling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their advisors.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to overall team success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing financial advisory role.
  • Possession of Series 65 or equivalent certification.
  • Relevant professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM, CFA, or CIMA.
  • Proficiency in advanced financial planning techniques and tools.
  • Strong understanding of estate planning and asset management strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
  • High emotional intelligence and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience advising privately held business owners and families.
  • Life and Disability Insurance license.
  • Familiarity with financial software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
