Customer Success Manager - Solar Division

In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention within the solar division at Solo. As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns while promoting our solar-powered solutions. Your ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits will be essential in achieving customer growth and loyalty.

With a strong understanding of the solar industry and excellent problem-solving skills, you will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities:
  • Represent the voice of the customer, addressing their needs and challenges to internal teams.
  • Drive execution of account growth plans with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer growth and loyalty.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:$59-70,000/yr + Variable Pay, Paid Time Off, Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) with company match, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, 401K with up to 4% company match, Onsite Snacks and Drinks, Biweekly Pay with On Demand Pay benefit, Opportunity for growth.
