Recharge: Simplifying Retention and Growth for Ecommerce Merchants

In an increasingly competitive ecommerce landscape, acquisition costs are skyrocketing, and merchants face significant challenges. Recharge empowers innovative brands to easily set up and manage subscriptions, create dynamic experiences, and evaluate business performance.

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to drive growth opportunities by identifying, targeting, and closing new business. You will lead product demos, qualify potential merchants, and provide solutions to build trust in the Recharge platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Live by and champion our values: accountability, collaboration, iteration, details
  • Conduct market research to identify new account opportunities
  • Expertly complete the sales cycle from cold email outreach to closing the sale
  • Perform business, product, and technical demonstrations
  • Use a value-oriented, consultative sales approach to educate customers on their business needs
  • Independently manage a pipeline with multiple prospects and utilize Salesforce
  • Consistently exceed quarterly metrics and quota

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inside technology sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and ability to build trust
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Metrics-driven with experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to work a schedule of 8am - 5pm and travel up to 10%-15% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Recharge is an equal opportunity employer.
