The Opportunity (100% Onsite)
We're seeking an experienced Technical Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and expand our customer base. As a core member of our team, you'll contribute to our mission by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. Your success will directly impact our growth trajectory and overall competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets and maintain high performance metrics
- Continuously identify growth opportunities and implement targeted prospecting strategies
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial contact to successful account closure
- Execute comprehensive outreach programs involving cold calls and tailored email campaigns to engage ICP accounts; craft compelling demo presentations to secure meetings
- Maintain deep expertise on our platform and deliver polished demos to prospective clients
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B technical sales and quota-carrying positions
- Demonstrated expertise in pricing negotiations and showcasing product value to customers
- A strong track record of independently sourced net new accounts
- Skillful hunter with a talent for generating creative leads; prior SDR experience highly valued
- Proficiency in using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
- A consistent history of meeting or surpassing performance targets
- The ability to excel in dynamic work environments
