Solar Industry Customer Advocate

As a Customer Success Manager in our SMB division, you'll play a vital role in empowering solar energy installers and sales teams to achieve unparalleled success. Your primary focus will be on helping customers fully utilize our suite of products and services. With exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate product features effectively, you'll represent the voice of the customer, addressing their needs and challenges to internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar industry, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer records using internal tools and programs.
- Configure and drive execution of account growth plans with key stakeholders across the Customer organization.
- Expand existing customer investment by upselling additional products/services.
- Deescalate customer issues and track resolution while providing timely updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:$59-70,000/yr + Variable Pay, Paid Time Off, Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) with company match, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, 401K with up to 4% company match, Onsite Snacks and Drinks, Biweekly Pay with On Demand Pay benefit, Opportunity for growth.
