Pricing Analyst

Position Summary:

The Pricing Analyst role focuses on Associate Branded products within TireHub's offerings. This position is tasked with implementing the pricing strategy for designated business segments or clients by region for these Associate Brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to company pricing policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Pricing Manager in executing TireHub's pricing strategy.
  • Gather market and competitive pricing insights.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for improving product mix, margins, and sales.
  • Implement pricing structures and strategies for key channels and accounts.
  • Support strategic pricing and purchasing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to enhance TireHub's market position.
  • Work with manufacturer and supplier partners to achieve mutual objectives and identify pricing opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in an analytical role related to finance, operations, sales, or pricing.
  • Experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understanding of tire distribution and retail customer segmentation.
  • Proficient in developing and measuring pricing, margin, and volume metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Prophet 21 preferred).
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
